凹印版硬铬电镀槽通风系统优化初探

摘　　要：通过对凹印制版行业电镀硬铬槽吸气罩、风管对排风量影响的研究,在无法增加侧吸罩的情况下,提出在可推拉槽盖上增加一道条缝式吸气罩;在下槽液面上方安装一通风管,增加总排气量,同时在主风管上增加一回收液槽的回液管对铬液进行回收的方式,结果表明,空气中六价铬含量降低到0.03 mg/L,低于0.05 mg/L的接触限值,操作人员出现接触性皮疹的现象消失。To study the gas suction hood, ventilation duct in the equipment for recovering chrome mist in plate making industry. Make the following suggestions of adopting band gap screen of the hood on cover and a pipe-recovery to the tank, the results showed that the efficiency of ventilation duct was much raised.
