摘 要:施工导流系统的复杂性和不确定性使得初期导流标准决策指标难以精确表达。考虑决策指标信息的随机性,基于区间数理论建立施工导流标准多属性决策模型。首先提出施工导流标准决策指标区间数估计的方法,然后基于信息熵理论给出了区间数指标的客观熵权计算方法,以结合主观权重来确定综合权重,进而阐述了基于区间数可能度的施工导流标准方案排序方法,最后将该模型应用于西南某大型水电工程的初期导流标准决策,并与多目标决策结果进行了对比,计算分析表明,决策模型及方法是有效的、适用的,为施工初期导流标准多属性决策提供了新的途径。The complexity and uncertainty of construction diversion system makes the diversion standards decision index difficult to accurately express. Considering the randomness of decision index,multi- attribute decision- making model diversion standards were established based on interval number theory. Firstly,the interval number estimation method of construction diversion standard decision index was put forward;Afterwards,the objective entropy weight calculation method for interval number index based on information entropy theory was given to combine with subjective weight to determine the synthetic weight,then the scheme ranking method for construction diversion standard based on interval numbers possibility degree was expounded. Finally,the model was applied in diversion standard decision for a large- scale hydropower project in the Southwest,and compared with the multiobjective decision results. The results of calculation and analysis show that the decision model and method are effective and applicable and have provided a new approach for multiple attribute decision making of construction diversion standards.
