关于构建我国图书馆职业核心价值的思考

摘　　要：简要阐述了职业、职业价值、职业核心价值的概念,介绍了国内外图书馆职业核心价值的研究进展,并给合我国的国情和行业特点,提出了我国图书馆职业核心价值的主要内容是由提供信息服务、保存信息资源、开展教育和培训、保障信息自由平等获取等4个方面构成。The paper briefly expounds concepts：profession, values of profession, core value of profession, introduces research progress in the core value of librarianship at home and abroad, and puts forward to core values of Chinese library profession including providing information services, preserving information resource, developing education and training, safeguarding freedom and equity of information access based on China＇ s national situation and characteristics of the librarianship.
