摘　　要：目的:了解西乌珠穆沁旗居民慢性病的患病情况,为防治慢性病提供科学依据。方法:用按比例多阶段随机抽样的方法抽取在乌珠穆沁旗居住满5年18岁以上居民3 528人作为调查对象,进行问卷调查及体格检查。结果:居民中高血压、冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病的现患率分别为22.20%、6.70%、1.60%、2.60%,且随年龄的增长而呈上升的趋势,高血压、冠心病现患率女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各慢性病患病表现为随着文化程度升高而降低的趋势,但在大专以上居民中高血压、冠心病和糖尿病患病率高于高中文化程度。不同职业中西乌珠穆沁旗居民现患率不同。结论:高血压已经成为影响西乌珠穆沁旗居民健康的主要慢性疾病,应积极采取预防控制措施,从而提高居民的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the prevalence of chronic disease among residents in West Ujimqin Banner, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of chronic disease. Methods：3 528 residents, aged 18 or above and living in West Ujimqin Banner for more than 5 years, were proportionally selected through multistage random sampling, with questionnaire survey and physical examination performed among them. Results：The prevalence rate of hypertension, coronary heart disease ,stroke and diabetes was 22.20 %, 6.70 %, 1.60% and 2.60%, re- spectively, a trend rising with the age. The prevalence rate of hypertension, coronary heart disease in females was significantly higher than that in males（ P 〈0.05 ）. There was a trend that the prevalence of chronic disease decreased with higher education level, while the prevalence of hyper- tension, coronary heart disease and diabetes in college educated residents was higher than that in those with high school education. The prevalence of chronic disease was different in the residents of different occupations in West Ujimqin Banner. Condusion Hypertension has become the main chronic disease among the residents in West Ujimqin Banner,and the effective measures should be adopted in prevention and control to improve the life quality of the residents.
