摘　　要：目的:通过检测肠道病毒71型(EV71)手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)和α1抗胰蛋白酶(AAT)的变化,探讨血清CRP、CER和AAT检测在手足口病病情监测中的意义。方法:对178例EV71感染的手足口病患儿和40例健康体检儿童的血清标本进行血清CRP、CER和AAT检测,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:HFMD重症组血清CRP、CER和AAT水平显著高于普通组和健康组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;而普通组和健康组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在异常率比较中CRP最高,其次是AAT。结论:血清CRP、CER和AAT可用于EV71感染的炎症程度的监测指标,对EV71感染的重症病人的判断有一定的辅助作用,三种蛋白检测中CRP和AAT的检测阳性率略优于CER。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of serum CRP,CER and AAT detection in the disease monitoring of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） through the analysis of the changes in CRP, CER and AAT of the serum in children with EV71 HFMD. Methods：The ser- um levels Of CRP,CER,AAT in 178 cases of EVT1 infection of children and 40 cases of healthy children were detected. The results were statisti- cally analyzed. Results ：The serum level of CRP,CER and AAT in severe case group was significantly higher than that in both the general case group and the healthy group（ P 〈0.05）. The difference was not statistically significant between the general case group and the healthy group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The abnormal rate of CRP was the highest in severe case group, followed by that of AAT. Conclusion ： The serum levels Of CRP, CER, AAT can be used as an indicator to monitor the inflammation degree of EV 71 infection and play an auxiliary role in assessing severe cases with EV 71 infection. The positive rate of CRP and AAT is slightly superior to that of CER among three kinds of protein detection.
