动态心电图在病态窦房结综合征诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究动态心电图在病态窦房结综合征中的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2012年1-6月的68例病态窦房结综合征住院患者的动态心电图,与同时期体检的70例健康体检人员的动态心电图进行对比分析,并将其分别称作实验组和对照组。结果:实验组的平均总心搏数与平均心率明显高于对照组,两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图的使用对病态窦房结综合征的诊断具有一定的临床意义,它具备诊断准确、安全无痛苦和经济方便等优点,可以在临床上推行。Objective：To explore the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome. Methods：The dy- namic electrocardiograms of 68 inpatients with sick sinus syndrome （the experimental group） from January to June in 2012 were selected and ana- lyzed, compared with those of 70 healthy individuals physically tested（ the control group） in the same period. Results：The total number of heart beat on the average and mean heart rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significantly staffs- tical difference between the two groups. Conclusion：The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome is of some clinical value, with such advantages as accurate diagnosis, safety, painlessness, being economical and convenient, and can be carried out in prac- tice.
