两种方法对妇科门诊手术间空气消毒效果对照

摘　　要：目的:评价空气消毒器对妇科门诊手术间的消毒效果。方法:监测用空气消毒器法和紫外线灯照射法对同一妇科门诊手术间消毒前后的空气质量。结果:空气消毒器法和紫外线灯照射法对妇科门诊手术间空气中自然菌的杀灭率分别为82.79%和85.15%;存在医患人员活动时,空气消毒器能持续开机消毒,减少空气中的细菌,保持室内清洁度。结论:两种消毒方法对流产室空气消毒均符合国家标准要求,但空气消毒器更方便实用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of air disinfection machine on air disinfection in gynecology outpatient operating room. Methods ： The air quality of gynecology outpatient operating room was monitored before and after disinfection by air disinfection machine and ultraviolet light, respectively. Results：The air disinfection machine＇s and ultraviolet light＇s killing rate of natural bacteria was 82.79 % and 85.15 % , respectively. Air disinfection machine can run continuously to reduce the bacteria in the air and keep indoor cleanliness when medical workers and patients were in the operating room. Conclusion： Both air disinfection ways in abortion room can fulfill national requirements for the standard of air disinfection, but air disinfection machine is superior to ultraviolet light in that it is of much convenience and practice.
