摘 要:采用详细的三维非线性有限元模型,对一种新型预制装配框架梁柱节点在低周反复荷载作用下的反应进行模拟计算,预制装配框架节点由预制梁和预制柱组成。在模型建立时,采用了ANSYS提供的实体单元、面与面的接触单元和节点核心区的灌浆界面。在计算模型中考虑了后张预应力作用和混凝土材料的非线性,模拟计算出该节点的滞回曲线,并且将模拟的计算结果与相应的试验结果进行对比,有限元计算出来的结果与试验结果吻合得较好。在计算过程中对模型中的梁柱交界处钢筋的应力应变进行了提取分析,同时对模型中的预应力钢筋进行了分析,分析发现预应力筋没有达到屈服。通过此次对复杂预制装配框架梁柱节点的有限元计算,可以为以后相关梁柱节点的数值模拟计算提供参考。Using a detail 3D nonlinear finite element model to simulate a new precast beam-column connection under low cycle loading,the precast frame connection is made of precast beam and precast column. The precast joint is modeled using 3D solid elements and surface-to-surface contact elements between the beam / column faces and interface grout in the vicinity of the connection. The pretension effect in the post-tensioning strand and the nonlinear material behavior of concrete are considered. The results calculated by finite element are compared to the results by test,and the results coincide well. The strain of mild-bar is difficult to attain in the experiment test,the prestressing bars are analyzed,and the prestressing bars do not yield. Through the finite element calculation of complex precast concrete connection,it could be give the reference for the relative beam-column connection finite element calculation.
