摘　　要：本文以山西某医院住院楼加层改造工程为例,在满足甲方先加层后加固的改造要求前提下,根据工程自身特点,采用了特有的"8+1+5"加层加固方案。提出了包括检测鉴定、结构构件加固方案、加层结构体系、新旧结构柱脚节点、设备层支撑连接、屈曲支撑设置等设计构造要点。最终改造后工程达到预期目的,可供同类加层改造项目参考。In order to meet the requirements of the storey-adding before reinforcement,the method of ＂ 8 ＋ 1 ＋ 5＂ storey-adding and reinforcement scheme combined with the engineering characteristics is used in a hospital＇s storey-adding transformation in shanxi. The inspection assessment and design key points are discussed,including the identification scheme,reinforcing scheme,layer structure system,the column base joint of the old and new structure,equipment support connection,buckling support settings and so on.Finally,the storey-adding transformation has reached the expected purpose,and the results will provide references for the similar projects.
