摘 要:目前,我国大多数地区砖混结构房屋抗震加固方法是采用混凝土销键和拉结钢筋,但该方法对墙体破坏严重,不利于抗震。为了响应国家抗震救灾的方针政策,提高抗震加固的效果,根据新出台的《建筑工程抗震设防分类标准》GB50223-2008,新疆地区的工程技术人员,经过多年的实践和探索,创立一种新的抗震加固方法—锚杆技术加固法,从而取代传统的方法—混凝土销键和拉结钢筋法。实践表明,这种新的锚杆加固技术操作简单、抗震性能可靠,经历了多次地震的考验,值得向全国推荐。本文介绍这种新技术的施工工艺及在砖混结构抗震加固中的应用,并举例说明。Nowadays,the method of seismic reinforcement for brick-concrete stucture in our country is adopting concrete pin key and tie bar. The method,however,does harm to the wall and it is not benificial to seismic. In order to respond the policy of seismic protection for providing disaster relief in our country,to enhance the effect on seismic reinforcement,professionals for building construction in Xinjing create a new kind of way of seismic reinforcement which is rockbolt engineering reinforcement,instead of the traditional way which is concrete pin key and tie bar acorrding to the newest published ‘Standard for Classification of Seismic Protection of Building Construction'GB50223-2008. The practice demonstrates that the new way on rockbolt techenology is convenient for operation and reliable for seismic and it is amenable to the earthquake in local place,thus deserveing to be recommended to whole nation. The new technics and the application in brick-concrete structures are introduced in this paper.
