滇重楼种子外种皮化感作用

摘　　要：文章采用常见的作物油菜和青菜种子为受体,对滇重楼成熟种子外种皮的化感作用进行研究。以种子发芽率、子叶展开率、抑制率IR值(Inhibitory rate)为指标,判断滇重楼种子外种皮的水提液对油菜和青菜的化感作用。实验结果表明滇重楼种子外种皮水提液对受体的萌发和幼苗生成具有明显的抑制作用,这种抑制作用表现为:抑制种子萌发、抑制胚根的生长、抑制子叶的展开。In this paper,using crop rape and pakchoi seeds common as receptor,seed coat of Paris polyphylla mature seed allelopathy research.The germination rate of seed,cotyledon expansion rate,the inhibition rate of IR（Inhibitory rate）as the index,judgment of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seed testa aqueous extracts of allelopathic effects of rape and vegetables.The experimental results showed that the water extract of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seed testa germination and seedling formation fluid to the receptor has obvious inhibitory effect,the inhibition performance：the inhibition of seed germination,inhibition of radicle growth,inhibition of cotyledon expansion.
