摘　　要：回顾了内蒙古师范大学土地资源管理专业自1993年招生以来的发展历程,基于专业发展的内外环境优势,逐渐形成技术管理型的专业特色。通过分析目前该校土地资源管理专业建设的发展需求与不足,探讨了构建土地资源管理专业建设与发展思路,并在人才培养目标的确定、课程培养体系的设置、实践教学改革与实践基地的建设、师资队伍和教学团队建设,以及教学与科学研究等方面给出特色专业建设的基本途径与方法。This paper reviews the development history of enrollment since the land resource management major in Inner Mongolia normal university in 1993,based on internal and external environmental advantages of professional development,professional characteristics gradually formed for technology management pattern. Through the analysis of development demand and deficiency of construction land resources management,the school discuss the construction and development ideas of land resource management,and talent training target,curriculum system settings,reform and practice of practical teaching base construction,teaching staff and the teaching team construction,as well as the teaching and scientific research. The author puts forward the basic approach and method to build characteristic specialty.
