摘  要:对物理化学实验"凝固点降低法测定摩尔质量"进行了改进。着重叙述了改进后的实验,用文字图表数据详细地介绍了实验优点、实验关键、实验仪器与试剂、实验方法、实验数据处理、实验结果分析和讨论;凝固点降低法测定摩尔质量是一个经典实验,实验误差小,结果好,普通高等院校大都开设这个实验,但遗憾的是实验不绿色环保。目前,在"凝固点降低法测定摩尔质量"实验教学中,一般选用"萘-环己烷"或"萘-苯"为溶质和溶剂,萘,环己烷,苯都是致癌物质,污染环境,严重伤害实验教学人员的身体。"蔗糖-水"替代"萘-环己烷"或"萘-苯"消除了环境污染;蔗糖、水,普通试剂,物美价廉,绿色环保,不污染环境,而且对实验教学人员身体无伤害。The physical chemistry experiment " determining molar mass with freezing point depression" was improved. Emphatically described the improved experiment,with the text chart data detailed description of the experimental advantages,experimental critical factor,experimental equipment and reagents,experimental methods,data processing,analysis of experimental results and discussion; It is a classic experiment which error is small,result is good. Many universities and colleges have set up this experiment,unfortunately,it was not environmental. At present, " naphthalene-cyclohexane" or "naphthalene-benzene" generally used for the solute and solvent in the " determining molar mass with freezing point depression" experiment,which were carcinogenic and not environmental,serious harm to the experimental teacher's body. " Sucrose-water" instead of " naphthalene-cyclohexane" or "naphthalene-benzene" eliminating environmental pollution; sugar,water,which were common reagents and inexpensive,green and no pollution,were not harm to the experimental teacher's body.
