摘　　要：文中以某区城市管理为例,利用地理信息技术为支撑,基于城市地理信息公共服务平台提供的地理服务,构建全方位、多功能的数据应用管理平台。从而将人、房、物、事等多元信息与空间地理信息融合,实现"以房管人"和"人进户、户进房、房进网格、网格进图"的城市精细化管理,提高城市管理水平,使社会管理由粗放式到精细化,由单纯强调管理向管理服务并重转变。In the paper,the author took one district as an example of city management,using GIS technology as support,based on the geographic service provided by city geographic information public service platform and built a full-service and multifunction data application and management platform.Multi-information such as people,houses,objects,things and spatial information were combined together.It realized the urban fine management of 'manage people by the house ' and ' people into households,households into the house,house into the grid,grid into the map',and improved the city management level,changed social management mode from extensive type to fine,from stress management simply to the management service.
