摘  要:土壤酶活性是反映土壤肥力最为重要的生物学指标之一。以庐山自然保护区内6种不同植被类型下土壤为研究对象,通过对不同植被下0~20 cm土层的土壤酶活性及其与土壤肥力状况的相关性进行分析。结果表明,6种不同植被类型下土壤酶活性有一定的区别,其中草丛地除过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶外,土壤酶活性属最高水平,而针阔混交林和针叶林地土壤酶活性均处最低水平;不同植被类型下土壤肥力状况有明显的差异,草丛地的土壤肥力状况最好,针叶林地土壤肥力较差。SPSS软件相关分析表明:脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶与土壤肥力指标的相关性较好,多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶与土壤肥力状况的相关性较差。Soil enzyme activity is one of the most important indexes influencing soil fertility. We studied six types of forest vegetation in Lushan nature reserve and analyzed their soil enzyme activity and their relations with the soil fertility under 0 ~20 cm. The results show that their activity of soil enzymes is different. The activity of soil enzymes under the bushes is high except soil catalase and phosphate, whereas that under the theropence-drymion and coniferous forest is low. The soil fertility under different forest vegetation is also obviously different.The soil fertility under the bushes is high, but that under the coniferous forest is low. The relations between enzyme activity and soil fertility show that urease, phosphate and catalase correlate to soil fertility. Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase are poorly related with soil fertility.
