摘　　要：介绍了CoSb3合金的基本特性、制备方法和成分掺杂.评述了目前通过不同的元素掺杂在热电性能方面取得的重大进展.指出通过结构优化、组分调整,可进一步提高CoSb3基合金的热电性能.In this paper the basic characteristics of CoSb3,preparation methods and ingredient doping have been introduced. The effect of different doping elements on the thermoelectric properties of skutterudite was reported. The thermoelectric properties can be improved all the more by structural optimum,adjustment of ingredient and innovation of preparation methods,and CoSb3 shows extensive application prospect.
