鄱阳湖生态经济区国土空间开发综合分区研究

摘　　要：深入分析鄱阳湖生态经济区国土开发历史久强度高、工业化步入中期阶段、城镇化不断加速、立体交通网络形成等现状特征,站在全区的高度提出"一湖双核四轴两区"的国土空间开发总格局.同时基于Arc-GIS平台和SPSS 17.0统计软件,从社会、经济和生态环境方面选取指标构建国土空间开发综合分区指标体系,采用主成分分析和聚类分析等方法,对指标数据进行分析、处理,兼顾中心城市辐射功能和各县(市、区)交通通达度,综合划分鄱阳湖生态经济区,并依据其圈层结构特点和功能定位,提出各分区的核心产业以及主导发展方向.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the status quo and feature of land development in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone,we find it has a long history and high strength in land development and utilization,and it is in the middle stage of industrialization,urbanization and three-dimensional traffic network formation. We propose a general pattern of land development ＂ one lake,dual cores,four axes and two areas＂ from the global perspective. Based on Arc-GIS platform and SPSS 17. 0,we construct a set of effectiveness assessment index system from such three fields as society,economy and ecology. By the theorem of Principal Component Analysis and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis,we collect,analyze indicator datum and gain initial sub-area results. Then it divides the whole zone into six comprehensive sub-areas according to radiation function of central cities and traffic accessibility of each county. The six comprehensive sub-areas are Western Nanchang metropolis circle,Northwest Jiujiang Development Zone along Yangtze River,Northeast Jingdezhen efficient and intensive development area,Southwest Xinyu efficient and intensive development area,Southeast Yingtan efficient and intensive development area and South Fuzhou efficient and intensive development area. Finally,on the basis of the circle structure characteristics and function orientation of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone,we put forward the core industries and leading development direction in each sub-area.
