中药对高血压大鼠降压机制的实验研究进展

摘　　要：高血压的病理因素涉及风、火、痰、虚。中药治疗高血压有着较好的疗效,其作用机制主要涉及调节肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、调控细胞膜离子转运、改善胰岛素抵抗、保护血管内皮功能及抑制血管重构等方面。实验研究结果证实中药降压具有多靶点、多途径、多层次、多效应的特点。The pathologic factors of hypertension involve wind,fire,phlegm and deficiency. Chinese medicine for treating hypertension has very good effect because of its function mechanism such as regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,regulation of membrane ion transport,improving insulin resistance,protecting vascular endothelium function,inhibiting vascular reconstruction and so on. Experimental studies have demonstrated antihypertensive Chinese medicine has the advantages of multiple targets,multi-ways,multi-levels,and multi-effects,etc. But at present,the research on Chinese medicine for treating animals with hypertension mainly involves in simple observation of curative effect,and lacks systematic mechanism study. Besides,its function is very slow and is not easily accepted by patients because of its vague effect if used for a long time. Now many of its working mechanism is not clear,so it is necessary to further related study from the aspect of molecular genetic level.
