中医辨证治疗儿童扩张型心肌病75例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证治疗儿童扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法:选取儿童扩张型心肌病患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组75例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予中医辨证治疗。结果:治疗后研究组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左房内径(LA)、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及心率均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后研究组生活质量量表(QOL)评分优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗儿童扩张型心肌病具有较好的临床疗效,能显著改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy with syndrome differentiation in treating children＇ s dilated cardiomyopathy（ DCM）. Methods： 150 patients with children＇s DCM were divided into the research group and the control group according to random numbers,with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the research group were treated with therapy with syndrome differentiation. Results： After the treatment,LVEDD,LA,LVEF and the heart rate of the research group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences between them had statistical meaning（ all P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,QOL of the research group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The difference between the two groups on the adverse reaction had no statistical meaning（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy with syndrome differentiation has very good curative effect in treating children＇s DCM,and can greatly improve patients＇ heart function and quality of life.
