醒脑开窍针法治疗中风后抑郁35例

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针法治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将70例中风后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组给予醒脑开窍针法治疗,对照组给予口服盐酸舍曲林和常规针刺治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果:两组HAMD评分与治疗前比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),但两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组有效率为97.1%,对照组有效率为91.4%,两组有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后Barthel指数评分均优于治疗前(P<0.01),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法能明显改善中风后抑郁患者抑郁程度、生活自理能力。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture method of activating brain for resuscitation in treating post-stroke depression. Methods： 70 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture method of activating brain for resuscitation,while the ones in the control group were given sertraline hydrochloride for oral administration and routine acupuncture treatment. Both groups received 4 weeks as a treatment course. Results： The differences of HAMD score before and after the treatment in two groups had significance（ P 0. 01）,but the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 1%,while that of the control group was 91. 4%; And the differences between two groups had no clear significance（ P 0. 05）. The Barthel indexes of two groups after the treatment were both better than those before the treatment（ both P 0. 01）,but the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture method of activating brain for resuscitation can greatly improve depression degree and ability of taking care of oneself of patients with post-stroke depression.
