克感利咽口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗手足口病60例

摘　　要：目的:观察克感利咽口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗儿童普通型手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将普通型手足口病患儿180例随机分为对照组、克感利咽组和联合组,每组60例,分别给予利巴韦林气雾剂、克感利咽口服液、利巴韦林气雾剂联合克感利咽口服液治疗,观察治疗后3组患儿体温恢复正常时间,皮疹、疱疹消退时间,口腔溃疡愈合时间。结果:克感利咽组与对照组比较,退热时间、皮疹/疱疹消退时间和口腔溃疡愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组退热时间、皮疹/疱疹消退时间和口腔溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组和克感利咽组(P均<0.01);克感利咽组有效率为75.0%,对照组有效率为71.67%,联合组有效率为91.67%,联合组高于对照组和克感利咽组(P均<0.05);克感利咽组2例(3.33%)患儿出现轻度腹泻,联合组有4例(6.66%)患儿出现轻度腹泻,无严重不良事件发生。结论:克感利咽口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗普通手足口病患儿安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Kegan Liyan oral liquid（ 克感利咽口服液,KGLYOL） combined with ribavirin aerosol,and safety in treating children＇ s hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： 180 children patients with common hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into the control group,the KGLYOL group,and the combination group,with 60 cases in each group. The patients in these groups were given ribavirin aerosol,KGLYOL,aerosol and KGLYOL respectively. Then time for normal body temperature recovery time,time for deflorescene,and mouth ulcer healing time of the three groups were observed after the treatment. Results： The differences of antifebrile time,time for deflorescene,and mouth ulcer healing time between the control group and the KGLYOL group had no statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The antifebrile time,time for deflorescene,and mouth ulcer healing time of the combination group were all shorter than those of the control group and the KGLYOL group（ all P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate of the combination group（ 91. 67%） was higher than that of the KGLYOL group（ 75. 0%） and that of the control group（ 71. 67%）（ all P〈0. 05）. 2 cases（ 3. 33%） in the KGLYOL group had slight diarrhea; 4 cases（ 6.66%） in the combination group had slight diarrhea; And there was no serious medical accidents. Conclusion： KGLYOL combined with ribavirin aerosol is effective and safe in treating common hand-foot-mouth disease.
