中医诊治高血压病的思路与方法

摘　　要：中医治疗高血压病强调辨证与辨病相结合,治疗时调理肝肾阴阳法贯穿始终,常结合现代药理,根据患者整体情况,针对疾病的具体病因病机,运用中药内服、针灸疗法,耳穴贴压疗法、中西医结合等方法综合治疗,标本兼顾,具有副作用少,安全有效,能延缓疾病进展等优点。基于整体观念和辨证论治的思维方法,中医的上述优势,在高血压的防治中具有重要的现实意义。When hypertension is treated by TCM,the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation is valued.The method of regulating the liver and kidney is applied throughout the whole process. According to the general condition of specific etiology,pathogenesis of the patients and combined with the modern pharmacology,internal medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular-plaster therapy,integrated Chinese and western medicine are performed to treat both the symptoms and root cause,with little side effect but safe efficacy and the advantage of prolonging the progress of the disease. Based on the thinking mode of the concept of holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment,the above advantages of TCM have practical significance in preventing and treating hypertension.
