摘　　要：中医药通过疏肝健脾、活血化瘀、滋肾固胎辨证治疗育龄女性桥本甲状腺炎,特别是桥本病导致的习惯性流产,疗效满意,其作用机制可能是脾益气、滋补肝肾、活血化瘀类中药在调整脏腑功能,调节阴阳平衡的同时,调节机体的免疫功能。Chinese medicine can treat hashimoto thyroiditis among women of childbearing age by dispersing the liver and strengthen the spleen,activating blood flow and removing blood stasis,nourishing the kidney and securing the fetus. Especially,it has satisfactory therapeutic effect on habitual miscarriage due to hashimoto thyroiditis. The action mechanism is that some herbs with the effects of strengthening the spleen and benefit qi,nourishing the liver and kidney,activating blood flow and removing blood stasis can regulate the immunity function at the meanwhile of regulating the visceral function and balancing yin and yang.
