益肾方加减联合因卡膦酸二钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益肾方联合因卡膦酸二钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者50例,随机分为对照组26例和治疗组24例。两组均给予因卡膦酸二钠治疗,治疗组另加用自拟益肾方治疗。观察两组止痛疗效、生存质量、体力状况改善情况、血清碱性磷酸酶浓度变化以及不良反应。结果:两组止痛疗效比较,治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为65.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者生存质量比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组体力状况改善情况比较,治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为69.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清AKP浓度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益肾方加减联合因卡膦酸二钠对恶性肿瘤骨转移所致的疼痛有较好的缓解效果,可提高患者生存质量。Objective： To observe the influence of Self-made Yishen Prescription（ SMYSP） combined with disodium salt on patients with pain due to malignant metastatic tumor of bone. Methods： 50 patients with pain due to malignant metastatic tumor of bone were randomly divided into the control group with 26 cases and the treatment group with 24 cases respectively. All the patients in both groups were treated with disodium salt,and the ones in the treatment group were added SMYSP for oral administration. Then analgesic effect,survival quality,fitness improvement,blood serum alkaline phosphatase density change and adverse action were observed. Results： In terms of analgesic effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group（ 87. 5%） was better than that（ 65. 4%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of survival quality,the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of fitness improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment group（ 83. 3%） was better than that（ 69. 3%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of blood serum density,the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SMYSP combined with disodium salt on patients with pain due to malignant metastatic tumor of bone has very good effect of relieving pain and can improve patients＇ survival quality.
