益脉降脂汤对高脂血症患者C反应蛋白及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益脉降脂汤对高脂血症患者C反应蛋白及血液流变学的影响。方法:将120例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予自拟益脉降脂汤治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片(立普妥)治疗。观察治疗前后两组血脂、C反应蛋白及血液流变学变化情况。结果:治疗后两组均可降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,并可上调HDL-C水平,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.01),且治疗组降低血清中TC和LDL-C水平优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组治疗后血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积及C反应蛋白等指标较治疗前均明显降低(P均<0.05),对照组纤维蛋白原及C反应蛋白较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),治疗组血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积及C反应蛋白等指标改善程度均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:益脉降脂汤有抗动脉粥样硬化及降低血黏度作用,对预防及治疗心、脑血管疾病有重要意义。Objective： To observe the influence of self-made Yimai Jiangzhi Decoction（ YMJZD） on c-reaction protein and blood flow changes of patients with hyperlipemia. Methods： 120 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given self-made YMJZD,while the ones in the control group were given Atorvastatin calcium（ Lipitor）. Then blood fat,c-reaction protein and blood flow changes before and after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results： After the treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C level in both groups could be reduced,and HDL-C level could be increased. And the differences between them had significance（ all P 0. 01）; The reduced levels of blood serum TC and LDL-C of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ all P 0. 05）.After the treatment,blood viscosity,red cell accumulation index,fibrinogen,hematocrit and c-reaction protein of the treatment group greatly decreased compared with before the treatment（ all P 0. 05）; And the improved degrees of the above indexes of the treatment group were much better than those of the control group（ all P 0. 05）. Conclusion： YMJZD has the functions of antiatherosis,reducing blood viscosity,preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
