摘　　要：目的:观察脑清通汤加减治疗眩晕肝热血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取眩晕肝热血瘀证患者38例,所有患者均给予脑清通汤加减治疗,日1剂,早晚温服,7d为1个疗程。结果:临床控制10例,显效14例,有效12例,无效2例,有效率为94.74%。结论:脑清通汤加减治疗眩晕肝热血瘀证疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Naoqingtong Decoction（ NQTD） in treating dizziness due to syndrome of hepatic heat and blood stasis. Methods： 38 patients with dizziness due to syndrome of hepatic heat and blood stasis were chosen and given proper dosage of NQTD for oral administration,one dose a day; warm decoction was taken in the morning and in the evening,and 7 days were regarded as a treatment course. Results： 10 cases were clinically controlled; 14 cases were very effective; 12 cases were effective; 2 cases were ineffective; And the total effective rate was 94. 7%. Conclusion： NQTD has very satisfying effectiveness in treating patients with dizziness due to syndrome of hepatic heat and blood stasis.
