葛根素联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕50例  

50 Cases of Dizziness due to Vertebro-Basilar Artery Insufficiency Treated with Puerarin Combined with Anisodamine

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果。方法:将100例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组给予山莨菪碱注射液10 mg加入9%氯化钠注射液250 m L治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予葛根素注射液400 mg加入9%氯化钠注射液250 m L治疗。结果:治疗组有效率98.0%,对照组有效率88.0%,两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有良好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of puerarin combined with anisodamine in treating dizziness due to vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency. Methods： 100 patients with dizziness due to vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with 10 mg of anisidamine injection mixed with 250 m L of sodium chloride injection with 9% density,while the ones in the treatment group were given 400 mg of puerarin injection mixed with 250 m L of sodium chloride injection with 9% density on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 98. 0%） was better than that（ 88. 0%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Puerarine combined with anisodamine has good effect in treating dizziness due to vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency.
