摘　　要：目的:观察颤压法治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性腰肌劳损患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予颤压法治疗,对照组给予常规手法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为86.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颤压法治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of shaking pressation therapy in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods： 60 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random numbers,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given shaking pressation therapy,while the ones in the control group were given routine treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 96. 6%） was better than that（ 86. 6%） of the control group. Conclusion： Shaking pressation therapy has good curative effect in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain.
