摘　　要：针灸治疗围绝经期综合征多从肾经及任脉着手,选穴具有一定的规律性,采用补益肝肾的穴位,同时配以健脾理气,养心安神的穴位,从而达到整体调理脏腑,调节气血的功效;耳穴多采用肝、肾、内分泌、卵巢等,以全面调节机体内分泌及免疫功能。针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的方法有:毫针疗法、电针、梅花针、腹针、穴位埋线、穴位注射、耳针、腹针等。针灸治疗围绝经期综合征也存在一些问题:国内报道多为无对照试验,缺少随访及不良事件报道;部分随机对照试验质量较差,对于随机隐藏等无描述,基本无盲法,严重影响针刺治疗围绝经期综合征在国内外的推广;基础研究薄弱,使得针灸对围绝经期综合征治病机制尚不明确;疗效判定标准单一,使得临床评价工作进展困难,科研成果亦不能很好的指导临床实践。今后应加强基础研究,将现代循证医学应用于针灸领域,构建完善的疗效判定标准,对科研和临床工作将大有裨益。Acupuncture therapy treating peri-menopausal period syndrome focuses on kidney meridian and conception vessel; The choice of points have rules,usually using points for nourishing liver and kidney and points for vigorating spleen and regulating qi,and tranquilizing mind in order to wholly regulate viscera and qi-blood. In terms of ear points,liver,kidney,and ovary are usually chosen to regulate internal secretion and immune functions. In terms of acupuncture therapy,there are filiform needle therapy,electric needle therapy,percussopunctator therapy,abdominal needling,point thread burial therapy,point injection therapy,auricular acupuncture therapy,etc. Some problems about acupuncture therapy treating peri-menopausal period syndrome still exist： Most of domestic reports have no control tests,missing follow-up and the bad event reports; Some random control test qualities are poor,without careful random hiding description and basic blindness method,which seriously prevents popularity of acupuncture treating peri-menopausal period syndrome home and abroad; Basic research is weak,which makes acupuncture mechanism for peri-menopausal period syndrome is not clear; The effect evaluation standard is single,which makes clinical evaluation work progress difficult,and research achievements not guide clinical practice properly. Therefore,basic research should be strengthened in the future,and modern evidence-based medicine should be applied in the acupuncture field to construct perfect effect standards,which will be very helpful to scientific research and clinical practice.
