清代以前对合谷穴应用的文献研究

摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘技术对清代以前有关合谷穴文献的整理分析,总结合谷古代临床应用规律。方法:以《中华医典》(第4版)为主要检索源,检索合谷穴的相关文献,建立合谷穴相关数据库。采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:检索出合谷穴的相关著作126部,纳入条文878条,合谷单穴主治条文160条,主治病证共计65种,总频数为261次,优势病证种23种;配伍主治条文718条,主治病证121种,总频数为902次,优势病34种,并归纳出34种优势病证的高频配伍处方。与合谷配伍的腧穴240个,其中经穴212个,位于前10位的经穴为足三里、曲池、三阴交、风池、百会、水沟、上星、颊车、复溜、昆仑;经外奇穴28个,居于前5位的为太阳、颈百劳、小骨空、十宣、印堂。合谷的常用针刺深度为三分,留针时间以六呼为多,灸法以三壮为多。结论:数据挖掘的结果较全面地展示了合谷的古代临床应用状况,对当今临床及科研均有较大的参考价值。Objective： To summarize the clinical application law of Hegu（ LI 4） by analyzing the literature before Qing dynasties on Hegu（ LI 4） with data mining. Methods： Take China＇s Medical Classics（ the Fourth Edition） as the main retrieval source,retrieve the literature related with Hegu（ LI 4）,establish relevant database for Hegu（ LI 4）,and apply the software of SPSS16. 0 to make statistical analysis. Results： There were 126 works related with Hegu（ LI 4）; 874 items were included in the provision; 160 items were about the Hegu（ LI 4） taken as the main and single acupoint; the treatment of 65 diseases or syndromes were chiefly related with Hegu（ LI 4） with the total frequency of 261; the treatment of 23 diseases was the most closely related with the this acupoint;718 items were about Hegu（ LI 4） applied as a compatible acupoint with the main acupoints; the treatment of 121 diseases were mainly related with Hegu（ LI 4）; the total frequency was 902,the treatment of 34 diseases was the most closely related with Hegu（ LI 4） as the compatible acupoint and the highly frequent compatible formulas for these 34 diseases were concluded. In total,there were 240 Shu acupoints compatible with Hegu（ LI 4）,among which 212 meridian acupoints,and the 10 most commonly used acupoints are Zusanli（ ST 36）,Quchi（ LI 11）,Sanyinjiao（ SP 6）,Fengchi（ GB 20）,Baihui（ DU 20）,Shuigou（ DU 26）,Shangxing（ DU 23）,Jiache（ ST 6）,Fuliu（ KI 7）,Kunlun（ BL 60）; 28 extra-meridian acupoints and the most commonly used five ones are Taiyang（ EX-HN 5）,Jingbailao（ EX-HN 15）,Xiaogukong（ EX-UE 6）,Shixuan（ EX-UE 11）,Yintang（ EX-HN 3）. The depth of puncturing Hegu（ LI 4） should be 3 fen,the duration be 6 exhalations. For moxibustion,3 zhuang is advisable. Conclusion： The results of data mining comprehensively demonstrate the clinical application of Hegu（ LI 4） in ancient times,providing great reference for modern clinic and scientific research.
