摘 要:采用水热法和微乳液法分别制备了4种具有不同形貌(海胆状、花状、立方块状及棒状)的氧化镍纳微米材料。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜以及全自动比表面积仪对其晶相结构、表面形貌、比表面积及孔容孔径进行了测试,以亚甲基蓝模拟废水为降解对象,考察了所制纳微米材料的光催化活性。结果表明:不同形貌氧化镍纳微米材料对亚甲基蓝模拟废水的降解均有光催化活性,且为一级反应,其中比表面积最大的棒状纳米氧化镍表现出最好的光催化活性,在有光照同时曝气的条件下,催化剂用量为0.1 g时,光催化降解2 h后,5 mg/L的亚甲基蓝模拟废水的降解率可达90.2%。Nano and micro nickel oxide materials with different morphologies( urchin-,flower-,cube-,and rod-like)were prepared by hydrothermal and microemulsion method,respectively. By means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and automatic surface area instrument,the phase structure,morphology,specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the materials were tested. The photocatalytic activities of the as-synthesized materials were investigated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue model wastewater. The results showed that all the nickel oxide nano and micro materials with different morphologies have photocatalytic activities for degradation of methylene blue model wastewater,and the photocatalytic oxidation is a first-order reaction. Among them,the rod-like nickel oxide catalyst with higher specific surface area shows better photocatalytic performances. Under the conditions of illumination,aeration,0. 1 g of catalyst,and photocatalytic degradation for 2 h,the degradation rate of methylene blue model wastewater( 5 mg / L) can reach 90. 2%.
