摘  要:对高校实践教学现行体系进行分析和研究,引入了源于企业且行之有效的"精益思想"。对高等教育中的资源、产品、生产者、顾客以及教育价值进行了分析:认同高等教育产出是"教育服务"与"人才产品"的辩证统一观点,学生不仅仅是教育的产品,同时也是教育的消费者和使用者;社会、未来社会对人才的需求标准是构建高校的实践教学体系的价值指向。借用"精益思想",采用图形法对高校现有普遍的实践教学体系中的价值流进行了分析和梳理,给出了如何科学构建高校实践教学体系的建议。This paper analyzes and researches the current practice teaching system in universities. An effective idea of " lean thinking" has been introduced from enterprises to the research. The resources,products,producers,customers and educational value were analyzed in higher education. It has been recognized dialectical unity of views that higher education output is " educational services" and " talent products". The students are not only education products,but also consumers and users of education; the present society and the future society demands for talent may be a value standard for building the practice teaching system of colleges and universities. Borrowing the " lean thinking",using a graphical method we analyze and comb the value stream which is existed in common practice teaching system in colleges and universities. The analysis gives advices to build a practical teaching system in science colleges.
