摘  要:为更好地服务区域经济的发展,地方高职加强了"基于工作过程"课程体系的开发和平台建设,积极筹建一体化工作室,但是由于缺乏经验,没能充分与地方产业发展相融合,"同质化"严重,使用效率不高。本文结合我校机械制图课程一体化工作室开发与建设实践,指出一体化工作室建设是职业教育发展要求;阐述了地方高职机械制图一体化工作室建设要遵循与地方产业岗位群相接轨、与学校办学及专业布局相融通、与教师教材多因素建设相结合、与教学、培训多维度利用相共振的原则;探索了工作室建设选址、规格、构成单元、教材建设、师资建设、使用管理等策略;最后总结了工作室建设显著成效。To better serve the local economic development,course system development and platform construction are strengthened and the integrated workrooms are built actively in local higher vocational colleges based on the working process. But,due to lack of experience and failure to integrate the local industry development,the integrated workrooms are serious homogeneity and rarely used. It points out that the integrated workroom construction is the demand for the development of vocational education. It also expounds that the construction mechanical drawing integrated workrooms for local higher vocational should abide by the following principle: connecting with the industrial jobs group of the local industry; accommodating with school education and professional layout; combining with the construct of multiple factors like teachers and teaching materials; resonating with the multi-dimensional such as teaching and training. The strategies are explored for integrated workroom construction,that contain the location,specifications,component,construction of teaching materials,construction of teachers and the use and management. Finally the integrated workroom construct result is summarized.
