摘　　要：推进实验室开放,培养创新型人才是当前高等教育改革的热点。结合校级信息技术实验教学示范中心的建设,完善实验教学体系实现资源整合,创新实验教学和管理模式,采取多种途径全面推进实验室开放,引导学生进入实验室动手实践,系统化培养创新型人才,取得了良好的运行效果。Constructing opening laboratory and cultivating innovative talents are the hotspots of current higher education reform. Combining with the construction of Experimental Teaching Center of Information Technology,we perfected experimental teaching system to realize the integration of resources,innovated experimental teaching and management mode,and adopted a variety of ways to promote laboratory opening and lead students into the laboratory. These measures systematic cultivated innovative talents and achieved good results.
