摘　　要：根据新发现的史料,对薛凤祚的生平进行了补订,并重点讨论了一些前人没有提及的事迹。尤其关于薛凤祚的交往方面,专门考察了其弟子的情况。此外,对薛凤祚与晚明心学的关系重新进行了探讨,指出薛凤祚事实上从未摒弃过心学。通过考证还发现,关于薛凤祚几部最重要著作(《历学会通》、《气化迁流》、《两河清汇》等)的成书时间,实际上目前尚无法确定。According to the newly discovered historical materials,some complements and corrections were made of the description of XUE Feng-zuo＇s life in this paper.Focus has been laid on some affairs not mentioned before,including his social contacts with others,in particular with his disciples.Besides,after reconsidering the relation between XUE Feng-zuo and the NeoConfucian School of Mind,it was concluded that XUE Feng-zuo had never broken away from the Neo-Confucian School of Mind.Moreover,it was also discovered that the exact time for the publication of his most important works such as Lixue Huitong,Qihua Qianliu and Lianghe Qinghui,etc still could not be confirmed.
