摘　　要：作为特殊人群,高血压患者由于其特殊的病理生理改变,对血流动力学波动耐受能力较差。盐酸右美托咪定(DEX)是一种新型特异的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有较好的镇静、镇痛和抗焦虑作用,对交感神经系统也有能较好的抑制作用,因此,在高血压患者麻醉中的应用备受关注。该文总结DEX在高血压患者全身麻醉过程中的应用进展以及对机体重要脏器的影响。Objective： Background As a special population, because of its unique pathophysiological changes, changes in hemodynamics may be poorly tolerated in hypertensive patients. Dexmedetomidine （DEX） is a new a 2 a- drenergie agonist, which has analgesic, sedative and anxiolytie effect, and can also inhibit sympathetic nerve. Much attention has been paid to its application in the hypertensive patients during anesthesia. Objective ：Summarize the progress of DEX in the application of anesthesia in hypertensive patients. Content ： Sum up the effects of DEX on anesthesia induction, maintenance, emergence and exudation in hypertensive patients. Trend： the feasibility of long-term use of DEX in the anesthesia of hypertensive patients remains to be further studied.
