儿童寻常疣冷冻后外用干扰素软膏对疾病复发的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨液氮冷冻联合外用重组α-2b干扰素治疗儿童寻常疣远期疗效。方法:126例儿童寻常疣患者随机分为两组,对照组48例,采用液氮冷冻治疗;治疗组78例,采用液氮冷冻联合外用α-2b干扰素软膏治疗,比较两组远期(半年)治疗效果和复发情况。结果:对照组复发6例,有效率85.42%;治疗组复发2例,有效率97.44%,可见,治疗组治疗结果优于对照组,两组复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:儿童寻常疣采用液氮冷冻联合外用α-2b干扰素治疗有较好的远期疗效。Objective： To explore the long curative effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combine topical recombi- nant alpha -2b interferon in treatment of verruca vulgaris in children. Methods： 126 cases of verruca vulgaris patients in children were randomly divided into two groups： the control group, 48 cases with liquid nitrogen frozen therapy; Treatment group 78 cases, with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combine topical alpha-2b interferon ointment treatment, compared two groups of long-term （6 months） therapeutic effect and recurrence. Results： 6 cases recurrence in control group, the effective rate was 85.42%; 2 cases recurrence in treatment group, the effective rate was 97.44%, compared recurrence, there is significant difference in two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The long-dated curative effect of ver- ruca vulgaris in children is better with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combine with alpha-2b interferon topical treatment than that only with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.
