摘　　要：目的：探讨超声内镜引导下胰腺穿刺活检术（EUS-FNA）的配合方法,提高护理质量,为患者服务。方法：对2014年1~10月共计30例胰腺占位性病变患者行EUS-FNA的临床资料和护理配合措施进行回顾性分析总结。结果：30例患者诊治过程顺利,未出现感染、出血、穿孔等并发症。结论：术前有针对的宣教和心理护理、完善的物品准备,术中熟练的操作配合,术后生命体征的监测和病情观察是检查成功的重要保证。Objective： To discuss better ways to cooperate with Endoscopic Ultrasound guided Fine Needle Aspiration （EUS-FNA） of pancreas biopsy in diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic disease, in order to provide improved nursing care and services for patients. Methods： The clinical data and nursing measures of 30 patients with mess of pancreas by EUS-FNA were retrospectively analyzed from January to October in 2014. Results： 30 cases of patients without complications like infection, bleeding and perforation by cooperate perfectly between doctors and nurses. Conclusion： The key of success of EUS is targeted education, psychological nursing and perfect preparation in pre-operation; skilled cooperation in process; well-conceived monitoring of vital signs and observation of disease development after operation.
