155例宫颈癌患者健康及生活状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解宫颈癌患者健康及生活状况。方法:采用SF-36生活质量表和调查问卷对155例宫颈癌患者进行相关调查。结果:≤44岁组原位癌占63.6%,≥45岁组浸润癌占71.0%,差异有统计学意义。71.6%患者有不同程度的身体不适,30.3%患者多数时间心境不良,较大程度地影响了患者的生活质量。结论:加强宫颈癌患者的健康教育、癌症康复及心理指导,提高政府对癌症低收入家庭的救助覆盖面和救助力度,对提高宫颈癌患者生活质量具有重要意义。Objective： This research is conducted to understand-health and living conditions among patients with cervical cancer. Methods：The quality of life （QOL） was assessed with the 36-item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36）. The questionnaire was designed to investigate socio-demographic factors and health informations. 155 cases of cervical cancer patient were recruited to the study. Results： Patients under the age of 40 were given priority to carcino- ma in situ, accounting for 63.2%, this was significantly different in those over the age of 50. The women over the age of 50 were more likely to suffer from invasive carcinoma, accounting for 71%. Besides, 71.6% of patients had different degree of discomfort and 30.3% of them were in low spirits, which affected patients＇ QOL. Conclusion： Strengthening the follow-up of patients with cervical cancer, improving the government＇s rescue efforts and coverage for low-income cancer patients and enhancing health education, cancer rehabilitation guidance and counseling services are of great significance to promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.
