抚触及按摩在无痛人工流产中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀下的抚触及穴位按摩在无痛人流术中的作用。方法:选取进行人工流产术的孕妇100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组:在使用芬太尼、丙泊酚同时,配合抚触按摩。对照组:单纯使用芬太尼、丙泊酚静脉麻醉。对上述两组手术中丙泊酚用量、生命体征、麻醉时间、镇痛效果、人流综合征等情况进行对比。结果:观察组丙泊酚用量少,显效镇痛率高,麻醉清醒时间短,并发症少,术中血压、心率、血氧饱和度的稳定性高于对照组。结论:抚触及穴位按摩具有增强麻醉效果,维持生命体征平稳,促进患者身心舒适等作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of massage and acupressure under human care in painless induced abortion. Methods： 100 cases of artificial abortion of pregnant women, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each. The observation group： in the use of fentanyl, propofol and at the same time, with massage. Control group： only using fentanyl, propofol intravenous anesthesia. Then compare the two groups of operation of propofol dosage, vital signs, the time of anesthesia, analgesia, abortion complications. Results： in the oh- servation group, propofol dosage, high rate of effective analgesia, anesthesia recovery time is short, less complications, intraoperative blood pressure, heart rate, stability of oxygen saturation is higher than that of control group. Conclusion： touching and acupoint massage can enhance the anesthetic effect, maintain stable vital signs, and promote their phys- ical and mental comfort effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
