摘　　要：研究技术侦查措施的法律规范体系及其具体内容,结合侦查工作实践,探讨如何适用技术侦查措施,是侦查工作中面临的新问题。文章在对技术侦查措施的概念界定基础上,对侦查人员在技术侦查措施使用中的作用和态度予以明确,然后对技术侦查措施的法律规范进行了全面梳理,重点研究了技术侦查措施在司法实践中适用的案件范围、执行主体、审批、证据的收集与运用等问题。Legal system research and contents on technical investigation measures, with work practice, and discussions on how to apply the measures of technical investigation, is a new problem faced by investigation work. Based on defining the concept of technical investigation measures, this article clarifies the role and attitude of investigators used in technical investigation measures, comprehensively sorts out legal norms of technical investigation measures, and focuses on applicable case scope, executive main body, examination and approval, evidence collection and utilization of the technical investigation measures in the judicial practice.
