摘　　要：经皮氧分压(tcpO2)测定是一项已被证实能够反映皮肤组织实际供氧量的技术。作为糖尿病下肢循环和皮肤获取氧能力的较早评估指标,增加tcpO2测量能够提高下肢缺血缺氧诊断的准确性。Transcutaneous oxygen pressure （tcpO2） level reflects the actual oxygen supply of skin tissue and can be used in the early detection of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease （LEAD）. By combination with tcpO2, the diagnostic accuracy for hypoxic-isehemic lesion was improved.
