摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定养血注射液中丹参素钠含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸=12∶88的水溶液系统为流动相,流速1m L·min^-1,进样量20μL,柱温32℃,检测波长280nm。结果丹参素钠在10~200μg·m L^-1线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均加样回收率为99.68%,（RSD=3.0%）。结论本法简单易行,精确,可用于丹参素钠的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Salvianic acid A sodium in Yangxue injection. METHODS The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Diamonds C18（ 200mm× 4. 6mm,5μm） column with methanol-0. 5% glacial acetic acid as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0m L·min- 1,the sample amount was 20μL and the column temperature was maintained at 32℃,the detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS There was good linear relationship in the range of 10 ~ 200μg·m L- 1（ R = 0. 9997）. The average recovery was 99. 68% with RSD of 3. 0%. CONCLUSION This method is sample,accurate and can be used for quality control of Salvianic acid A sodium.
