摘  要:[目的]为了筛选防治稻飞虱的良好药剂配方,采用玻管药膜法测定哒螨灵和仲丁威对稻飞虱的联合毒力,并加工成悬乳剂进行了田间试验。[结果]哒螨灵对灰、褐飞虱的LC50值分别为0.252、0.744 mg/L,仲丁威对灰、褐飞虱的LC50值分别为10.541、7.255 mg/L;哒螨灵和仲丁威按质量比1颐1、1颐2混配对灰飞虱共毒系数分别为141.85、125.04,增效作用明显;按质量比1颐1、1颐2、1颐4混配对褐飞虱的共毒系数分别为180.67、189.57、148.70。35%哒螨灵·仲丁威悬乳剂175 mg/L施药后3、5、7、10 d校正防效分别为93.7%、87.2%、89.0%和82.5%,具有很好的速效性和持效性。[结论]哒螨灵和仲丁威组合是防治稻飞虱的良好药剂。[Aims] This study aims to screen outeffective pesiticidesfor controlling rice planthopper. The co-toxicity of pyridaben and fenobucard to rice planthopper were detected using the residual film method, the formula SE was made and tested in Shouxian. [Results] The pyridaben had high toxicity to adults of Laodeobhax striatellus and Nilaparvata lugens with LC50 values of 0.252 and 0.744 mg/L, respectively. LC50 of fenobucard to L. striatellus and N. lugens were10.541 and 7.255 mg/L, respectively. When the mass ratio were 1:1 and 1:2, the co-toxicity coefficient toL. striate llus were141.85 and 125.04, when the mass ratio were 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4, the co-toxicity coefficient toN. lugens were 180.67, 189.57 and 148.70, respectively. The formulation 35% SE was made, the control efficacy were 93.7, 87.2, 89.0 and 82.5%,respectively. [Conclusions] The combination of pyridaben and fenobucard can be used to control effectively rice planthopper.
