“七城会”对南昌市旅游形象的影响——基于游客感知的视角

摘  要:以游客感知为视角,分析"七城会"对举办城市南昌旅游形象的影响。结果表明,"七城会"对游客产生了一定的旅游吸引力,但吸引力有限;"七城会"的举办对南昌的旅游形象产生了明显的直接影响,提升了外界对南昌的认知和关注;城市环境美化和比赛场馆建设等硬件因素是展示南昌形象的主要因素,居民行为、赛事组织与服务和宣传报道等软件因素的形象表现力较差;"七城会"游客对南昌的重游意愿较高,口碑较好,有利于赛后未来南昌市旅游市场的开拓。研究对于其他城市举办类似规模的大型节事具有一定的现实参考意义。From the perspective of tourists' perception,this article analyzes the influences of "the 7th National Intercity Games of China"on tourism image of the host city Nanchang. Results show that,"the 7th National Intercity Games"has brought some attractions to tourists,but not that much. It also has some significantly direct influences on tourism image of Nanchang,and improves the awareness and concern of tourists to this city. Some hardware factors,such as urban environmental beautification and competition venues construction,are the main factors of Nanchang image display. While the software factors like residents' behavior,events organization and service,and news report are less competitive in image expression. After watching "the 7th National Intercity Games ",most tourists have formed a good impression of Nanchang and would like to revisit Nanchang again if there is a chance,which are helpful to Nanchang tourism marketing after the game. The research would be of some practical reference significance for other cities to hold similar mega-events.
