摘　　要：针对PHM系统性能和功能评价缺乏成熟的规范的度量体系的问题,分析国内外研究现状,然后分析PHM系统性能需求和性能度量之间的关系,论述了PHM系统性能度量的选取原则和确认方法,最后构建了基于用户的和基于功能的PHM系统性能度量体系,对于PHM系统的评价研究提供了一定的研究基础。Aiming at the lack of mature standard measurement system and the function of evaluation of the PHM system performance,the paper analyses the domestic and international research status and the relationship between the performance metrics and the PHM system performance requirements. Also it discusses the selecting principle of PHM system performance measurement and validation methods. Finally,the metrics system that is based on the user and the PHM performance measurement system is constructed. And it provides a certain basis for the study of PHM system evaluation.
