摘  要:为提高混凝土防冻剂的使用效率,增强混凝土在负温条件下的性能,研究防冻混凝土的最优配比.通过研究混凝土防冻剂防冻组分对混凝土性能影响,采用三因素三水平的响应曲面分析法,在考虑硝酸钙、减水剂和引气剂对混凝土强度、坍落度和含气体积分数的影响情况下,在单因素试验的基础上,建立二次多项数学模型.最后确定了防冻混凝土最优配比:硝酸钙掺量为4.79%,减水剂掺量为0.21%,引气剂掺量为0.31%.研究结果表明,响应曲面法可以对防冻混凝土配比设计进行优化.In order to improve efficiency in using the concrete antifreeze, and enhance the strength of concrete at negative temperature conditions, this paper studied the optimal ratio of antifreeze concrete. By research component of antifreeze on concrete performance, using three factors and three levels of response surface analysis, this study established a quadratic polynomial mathematical model with considering the calcium nitrate, water reducer and air entraining agent for concrete strength, slump and air content under the influence case basis and in a single-factor test. Finally, determine the optimal ratio of antifreeze the concrete: calcium nitrate content was 4.79%, 0.21% dosage of superplasticizer, air entraining agent content was 0.31%. The results show that the response surface method can optimize the design of concrete mix antifreeze.
