摘　　要：为了有效地对信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式进行评估,从人才培养模式绩效内涵的多维度、多层次角度出发,构建了合理、客观、全面的信管专业人才培养模式绩效评价指标体系,以人工神经网络理论为基础,采用有监督的Kohonen网络对该专业人才培养模式绩效进行评估,希望能够为该专业人才培养模式的评价提供新的思路和途径。In order to effectively evaluate the talent fostering model of the specialty of information management and information system, we analyze the connotation about performance evaluation of talent fostering model from a multi-dimension and multi-level perspective, then construct a evaluation index system of the talent fostering model for the specialty of information management and information system. Based on artificial neural network, we use S_Kohonen algorithm to do the evaluation, and provide a new approach for the performance evaluation of the talent fostering model of the specialty of information management and information system.
