摘　　要：当前,高校二级学院分党委的主要任务是围绕学院的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新来谋求学院的科学发展,而发挥好高校分党委的政治核心作用是重要保障。Currently, the main task of secondary college Party committees is to pursue the scientific development of colleges revolving around talent cultivation, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation, while to effectively play the political core role of college branch Party committees is an important guarantee.
