表象训练法在射击教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文对传统手枪射击训练方法及其存在问题进行了分析,并在实践中进行了射击表象训练的编组、设计和实施,通过实弹射击成绩对传统训练方法与表象训练方法进行了比较,为提高学员射击训练实效提供了有益的方法探索。This paper analyzed the methods and problems of tra-ditional pistol shooting training, and carried out the grouping, de-sign and implementation of shooting presentational training in practice. Through comparing the performance of firing practice in traditional training methods and that in presentational training, this paper provided beneficial method exploration for improving the effectiveness of students＇ shooting training.
